  • Limited Counseling: 为 students residing or working on campus or enrolled in on-ground programs (PA and DPT students).

“Let’s Talk” is a drop-in service that offers informal, private consultation with a Marist Counseling Center clinical counselor.

Let's Talk consultations are ...

  • Offered first-come, first-served (no appointment necessary)
  • Typically about 20-25 minutes in length
  • 信息rmal, and not a substitute for 咨询
  • Not appropriate for urgent concerns or mental health emergencies

Let’s Talk is not a substitute for 咨询 and does not constitute mental health treatment. Let’s Talk counselors can listen to specific problems, 帮助探索解决方案, and introduce you to what it’s like to speak with a member of our staff.

Off-Campus and Online Resources

  • Marist 繁荣的校园 image 繁荣的校园: Marist college is partnering with 繁荣的校园, an online resource that can help students connect with local off-campus providers. 访问 繁荣的校园 to search providers based on your needs and preferences, and get connected to mental health practitioners nearby to campus.

In case of a life-threatening Mental Health 紧急 at Marist please call 911 or go to the nearest 紧急 Room. 

Students needing support for a non-life-threatening mental health crisis after normal office hours are encouraged to contact the RA, RD, or bet亚洲365欢迎投注 安全及保安: (845) 575-5555 or (845) 471-1822 to access support from campus staff and to request phone contact with an on-call counselor.
